To upload a profile picture, click on the "settings" link next to your name in the right-hand box. Click the "Change" link under your profile picture.
You can now upload the picture from you computer. Click on the green arrow and select the file you intend to use as your profile picture. Use the zoom buttons and drag the picture with your mouse to crop the image as you desire. Click on the green OK button to confirm the cropped image before clicking the Save button.
Alternatively, you can import your profile picture from your Facebook account. It's very quick and easy. Just click on the blue "Import from Facebook" button, confirm the permission and your profile image will automatically be saved.
